The OmniLight family of LGX form factor CWDM and DWDM passive optical modules and chassis support the highest port density available in the LGX form factor for telecom service providers and cable operators deploying wavelength services.

The OmniLight Chassis and Rack-Mount Shelf support any combination of full-size and half-size OmniLight LGX modules, or any third-party CWDM, DWDM or EPON LGX form factor modules. Both the shelf and the chassis can be installed in 19” or 23” racks. 

The OmniLight LGX chassis and optical modules provide a scalable, flexible and high-density solution for distributing wavelength services from Central Offices, head ends and data centers. 

The 3RU OmniLight Chassis can support 14 standard LGX modules or 28 half-size LGX modules, and provides a highdensity solution for distributing wavelength services from Central Offices, head ends and data centers. 

The 1RU OmniLight 3-Module Rack-Mount Shelf is the first in the industry to support three standard LGX modules or six half-width LGX modules, and can be deployed at curb-side cabinets for remote terminal deployments.

The OmniLight Chassis and Shelf also support iConverter® CWDM multiplexer and Add+Drop multiplexer modules using the iConverter LGX Adapter Bracket. The LGX adapter provides the flexibility for telecom service providers and cable operators to and mix and match existing iConverter CWDM multiplexers with the OmniLight modules and chassis.
