COVID-19 Update from Omnitron Systems

To our Customers, Vendors and Employees,

We at Omnitron Systems are committed to supporting the global community through the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. In compliance with Federal and State ordinances, Omnitron is operational and we continue to support our commercial and government critical infrastructure customers’ needs while maintaining the safety of our Employees and Customers as our highest priority.


To our Customers, Since many of you depend on our technology and products, we have prioritized all orders for Critical Infrastructure projects. Some of those projects include the data and security networks of new hospitals, support of local and federal government public-safety networks, support of Telecommunication and Internet Providers in their networks bandwidth upgrades, and K-12 schools and higher Education transition to online learning.


To our Vendors and Suppliers, We are thankful for your diligence in overcoming your own challenges and maintaining the flow of raw materials for the manufacturing of our products. Your efforts help us support our customers in this critical time.


To our Employees, I am thankful for your support. As you know, since we first learned of the COVID-19, we have implemented a strict ‘no-travel’ policy for all employees and all employees that have the ability to work remotely are required to do so at this time. Also, to protect our critical product manufacturing employees, we have enhanced the sanitizing and cleaning protocols at our manufacturing facilities, staggered work shifts and provided a safe social distance for workers as recommended by the CDC.


In Summary, although most of our personnel including product Sales and Customer Support are working remotely, we are well-equipped and staffed to deliver products and 24/7 technical support.
