Omnitron Systems Technology is an Irvine-based manufacturer of fiber optic access and network connectivity products for telecommunication, government and commercial applications.

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for Enterprise Product Line Manager (PLM).

The Enterprise PLM is accountable for Omnitron Enterprise marketing activities to Government and Enterprise customers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, championing product and technologies, defining product positioning, owning multi-year product plans, providing market analysis, business plan and competitive analysis, developing MRDs/PRDs and pricing strategy, managing product life cycles, creating and providing training to customers and sales team, creating content and providing guidance to MARCOM in developing marketing collateral, customer presentation and promos and supporting field in pre-sales and post-sales activities including submission of RFP/RFQ.


  • BSEE, with 5+ years in marketing telecommunications products, MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience of marketing enterprise and government IT products is a plus
  • Strong technical and business acumen, and deep experience as Senior Product Line Manager/Director
  • Must have a proven track record of building businesses by marketing complex technical product(s)
  • Experience in managing product life cycle from inception to production throughout product definition, development and market positioning and promotion
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Be able to work in a challenging and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, accountability, and professional development
  • Must be self driven with the ability to work independently to setup and accomplish goals
  • 10-20% travel required
